All Clad. Don't get me wrong cuisinart are good but All Clad are the best -- and not just because we registered for them.

All Clad is the best! The only thing I may suggest if you're shocked by the price ($1000 for 4 or 5 pots!) and think you may not get it bought off the registry - Emeril has a copper core line thats made by all clad, just way less expensive, but still great pots. Good luck!

both are really good sellers ( i work at BBB lol ) allclad had a lifetime gaurentee thru their company....but because u are getting them at BBB the cuisinart will have life time too thru BBB you can return thing there no matter how old they are . Just get the ones you like! Honestly i have had people return both types.....its all in how you take care of them. I have had people return all clad and say they dont like them, same with cuisinart.
Just get whatever you like, if anything happenes to them you can just retunr it to your local BBB at anytime! we didnt register for pots and pans cause his mom bought them for us already but when we were going to....we were gonna get cuisinart or emeril

it depends are u gonna use the others that come in ther set?? if you only need like an extra fry pan and a pot...then just get them seperate. also look at the price....it might be better to just get the set. I am not sure what the prices are lol

of the set is say 150 and each pan is 50...youd be better off getting the set

Most of the time you'll use every single pot and pan in that set so it's better to get the set. If you realize later on that you need a different size pot or pan you can always buy that separately.

how does everyone feel about glass lids?? and whats better... i was looking at anadozied aluminum. thats not the type that make everything burn right? there is some type of pot that the stuff could burn if u dont keep it on low to med heat. and non stick im not sure lol. i never thought pots were so confusing.

I think All Clad are better. Just make sure you get riveted handles and ones that can go in the oven and you will be ok. The dont have to be the best or most expensive....just good quality.

Have Fun!

I like glass lids because I like to be able to see in the pots while I'm cooking. Sometimes they fog up, but still -- I like to know what's goin on in there!

I went with non-stick because otherwise my food always sticks to the bottom. I love watching food network but when I use metal skillets I never have the same results....

I love to cook and have been dreaming of the day I can finally register for all-clad. They are the top of the line and i went with the orginal all clad desgin with steel tops as opposed to glass.

Can't wait to get rid of my crappy target pots and pans and use the real stuff!
