Prayers for mom

Update 8-8-08
Well ladies, I thank you all for your prayers and support. The shingles have spread to my mom's arm and back so she will be admitted to the hospital tomorrow. She is at the shore house right now, but with my dad and sister so they are driving back to Queens tomorrow. I just want her to get better her and the blisters to stop spreading. Please pray they do!


My mom has been doing great with her recovery from the chemo and just this past weekend she came down with shingles. Even though someone has had chickenpox the virus never actually leaves your body. Well since she had chemo, it reactivated the virus and she has shingles on her face. It's pretty bad too because it's on her mouth, in her mouth and in her ear. The doctor said she could lose hearing in her ear permanently. She's in a lot of pain and can't do much about it. So please pray this stops spreading and she heals quickly!
