Last night, a good friend and fellow officer from FH's precinct committed suicide. The officer was supposed to be getting married on August 31st. FH is devastated as are many others from the precinct. I cannot even begin to imagine what his fiancee is going through right now. Please send prayers for him, his fiancee, the families, and the precinct. Thank you.

As you know my FH also was great friends with him. It's such a horrible story. I was up all night thinking about it.

oh my god.. that is so tragic! Its a shame that people seek suicide instead of looking for help. I can;t imagine how is fiance must be feeling right now. I pray she and their families have the strength to deal with this. I am so very sorry!

I know. Joe got home from the hospital at 330 am and I was up the whole night you just cannot stop thinking about it. I am so sick to my stomach. I just saw Jimmy at the bridal shower last Sunday. It is such a tragedy, I don't even have words for it.

wow.. i hate to ask but im always so curious about this stuff because ive known 3 people who have committed suicide.. when you saw him at the shower did he seem ok?
I know with a boss of mine I never saw it. He always seemed happy. I think that is the biggest shocker when you really just dont know that the person is so depressed.

Yes. He was fine. Happy and smiling and taking pictures and talking to me about his honeymoon and a party we were going to last week (that I never made it to because I got shingles...) and I just cannot believe that he is really gone
