Prayers please

I've never done this, shy of asking for good luck wishes when DH was on an interview once. I know many brides have said they've asked for prayers on this board and things turn around. Here goes....

I was a dummy and I waited from February of last year until yesterday to have a surgery (several procedures) that I should have sooner had. I wasn't well informed with the risks of postponing it when I made the decision last Winter. I became engaged shortly after and I pushed it off until after the wedding and until I had better insurance.

I had surgery yesterday morning and some things went very well but there were some complications which will be addressed in the upcoming months.

I am in the worst pain that I ever have been in my entire life. I've had similar surgeries but I guess not as traumatic and invasive and it's awful, I can't sit or stand up or sleep. I'm basically on bedrest but I can't get up the stairs so I've been sitting on the couch. I fall asleep sitting up and then wake up yelping in pain. I can't take percocet for tummy issues and they have me on Vicodin and it's just not helping.

I'd really appreciate any prayers thrown my way.
