if you girls could spare a prayer for me it would be greatly appreciated! my FH and I finally found a house we really like after almost a year of looking (between offers falling through, or frustrating bidding wars, etc..) well the owners accepted our offer yesterday BUT- they can still show the house until we are in contract, which means that if someone comes in w/ a better offer they can turn around and accept it, even after we've had the engineer in there to inspect it. There is supposed to be an Open House next weekend so i'm flipping out!! i'm praying that no one else comes in w/ a better offer and that we get this house!! fingers crossed! thanks ladies!
