I know I ask for a lot of prayers, but this time I need them more than ever.
My mother had a heart attack late last night/early this morning. She is stable, they transferred her to another hospital at 9:45 today.
I don't know much else.
I know haven't been around much lately, but you ladies always seem to help when the going gets tough. Thank you for your support.
************************* Update #2 Dad called. She has 3 blockages that are non treatable. The procedures to fix it would be more risky than just leaving it as it is. Her kidney functions are also not what they are supposed to be.
I was told she may be home tomorrow.
Again, thank you for your prayers and support.

What treatment are they going to follow with her?
My family has an awful habit of 'protecting' me from knowing exactly whats going on. I was told they sent her home because there was nothing they could do for her at the hospital. I'm not sure if that's a good thing, or a bad thing. But I'm trying my best to stay optimistic
Please stay optimistic, it's the best thing for her and you! I'm just so happy you have her home

just a little update to once again thank you all for your support and to tell you that i saw her tonight. She seems up beat and just kept telling me not to worry about her... riiight.... this is coming from the woman who calls me every hour when i tell her i have a headache just to make sure it's not a migraine and i dont black out or something.
I told her not to worry about ME worrying about her.
She has some doctors appointments and stuff before I'll know anymore details or have anymore updates.

I missed the whole rollercoaster ride, just read all the updates, and I am so sorry your mom and your family went through this, but so happy that she is home.
