Prayers please.....UPDATED

Hi ladies,
FH's Grandma is having surgery in a little while...
She needs to have knee replacement surgery for the 3rd time! First time was a success, but then last year she fell on the marble door sadle and broke on replacement, so she had to have a 2nd surgery last spring. Then for the last couple of months she was in severe pain and felt wobbly, well it turns out that she has a crack in the cement that was used for her 2nd knee replacement. So today she is going in for the 3rd time.

She really wants to be better by the time our wedding is here b/c she raised FH and he is not only a Grandson to her but also the son she never had!!

So please say a prayer for her for a successful surgery and a speedy recovery...

You ladies are the best and so supportive!!

Oh my!!!!!! I really hope this is the last time she has to go in for her knee!!!

My grandma had a knee replacement in January and I think she would be horrified at the thought of going in a second, much less a THIRD time!!! to your FH's grandma!

The good news, date twin, is that in 4 months she should be ok enough to be up and walking at your wedding!

Thanks ladies for all of your prayers and well wishes!!

Grandma's surgery went very well!!

FH and I spent the afternoon w/ her prior to her surgery. She is in the Hospital for Special Surgery on 70th and York. She was only in surgery for 1 1/2 hours and when she came out she was in very little pain and she looked great! She even had all her make-up on from early in the am!! She is too cute!

Anyway, I just wanted to give an update and say thank you!!
