FH and I have Pre Cana tonight and tomorrow.... Tonight from 7- 10 and tomorrow from 9-6.. that's a really long time! Anyone that has taken it... do you think they let us out early?? It's going to be such a long day especially since i have my bachelorette party after Precana tomorrow night! UGH!!!

We got out really early both days.
I know my cousins got married outside the church but by I think a lutheran lady... and they had to sit and meet and discuss marriage with her.... So if they did it with her... I would assume you do some sort of marriage prep with a priest. If its not in a church I dont think you have to do the whole Pre Cana thing.. but you will do something! Getting married is definately not the easiest thing to do now a day ... haha
well we had the mass the first day on friday. The next day we had 9-5 but there was an hour lunch break plus about 4 10 min breaks. We did get out an hour early too. It goes by quick believe it or not.

Silly question I suppose but say you are not getting married in a church...can you still get married by a priest? if so, do you still do pre cana??
