FH and I are going to meet with our Pre-Cana group and leaders on Sunday. It is kinda early but we figure we might as well get it over with sooner rather than later. I am looking forward to seeing what it is all about and this makes me feel like the wedding is getting closer.

Re: Pre-Cana
That's great! You will have to keep us brides getting married in the church updated on how it's going. I plan to start my Pre Cana early also.

The church is St. Brigid's in Westbury. I am not sure if they take nonparishoners.

Re: Pre-Cana
Speaking on PreCana I cant beleive we have to pay for the classes and for the ceremony...shouldn't it be one price together??
Anyone know what they charge at St. Catherine's in Franklin Square..I've been getting nervous hearing what others are paying....this wedding budget just keeps growing!

Re: Pre-Cana
I live out of state and plan on doing pre cana with a family friend. Does anyone elses church require the foccus test? We need to have that read but being out of state it is a little more difficult, does anyone have any suggestions?
