So i know its early but im starting this wednesday...but does anybody know how long it is? Like a couple of months..

Depends what church you go to...some churches have it for 6 weeks and its like a 2 hour session....my church- st patricks in bay shore..its all done in one weekend, an all day saturday and a half day sunday

you can sign up with different programs. I am doing it in one weekend, Sat and Sun 8-5. But my friend is doing it every Wed night for 2 hrs for 6 weeks.

Ours was once a week for 5 weeks - 2 hour class each time. You're supposed to do the pre-cana within 6 months of the wedding date so be sure to double check with your church that it's ok you're doing it early.

We just did ours.. Our Lady Of Lourdes has a 1 day sessions for 100.00. It was LONG... like 8-9 hours, but we needed a one day pre-cana because of our schedules.

WOW!@ Thats alot of money...yea its from 7:30 to 9:30 and we have three sessions..so far and the lady said after the sessions we are going to church 10:15 mass
oh and my chruch said it was okay that we are doing it early

We did pre-cana at St. Patrick in Bay Shore but we are getting married at St. Anne's in Brentwood.
We paid $75 since we weren't getting married at St. Patrick. It was 8-4 on Saturday, 830-2 (estimated) by the time we got out of the mass and got our certificates.
They provided breakfast on Sat and Sun. And provided lunch on Saturday.
We were told that they only do the pre-cana 2x a year. There were close to 33 couples at the last session.

WOW that is crazy 33 ...its only $40 ..getting married at st. josephs in babylon..there is us plus i think three other couples

It deff depends on the church, some people have done crash PreCana (a days worth for 7 hours) while others do a few weekends for a month or two.
