It was a long weekend but, we're finished. 8 hours on Saturday and 5 on Sunday. What a relief!

Basically the kind of stuff you would do at couples therapy..you learn about effective communication, conflict resolution and they also talk about parenting and natural family planing

We are in the process of doing ours right now and it has been great!!!!! FH and I are enjoying it so much.
