Pre Cana Night #6
WOW! Last night was my last night of pre cana! AND my favorite night by the way!
We sat and reviewed the basic concepts that we learned:
Marriage is a decision! And sometimes it takes hard work but we can make it work!
Then we had to seperate and each write out a letter to our FH/FW. It was so cute and I am definitely going to keep it forever. I loved this part!
Then we had some wine/beer and cheese/crackers. The boys and girls seperated ( not on purpose it just happened). We were chatting with the pre cana lady (lol) and it was so nice! We were really just talking about marriage and just life in general! FH was chatting with the guys in the other room, but I think they were talking sports the whole time!
I can't believe it is over! I know many people thought I was silly to spread it out over six nights instead of going to a weekend session. But I am so glad that I did bc I 'reunited' with a great friend from when I was younger and I met some great people from my neighborhood! And I live about a block and a half away from the pre cana couple so I will definitely be seeing them around!
We got them a bottle of wine - and they got us this GORGEOUS cross - I can't wait until we finish painting it will be the first thing I put up in our bedroom!!
THey told us to call them before the wedding to remind them and also to call them when we get pregnant LOL
So there you go, something I have been dreading for over five years - is over and I really enjoyed it!
