Pre Cana tomorrow night and Saturday

Well who could believe its time for Pre Cana! We booked it so long ago.
Our first session is tomorrow night 7-10. Then we have Saturday ALL DAY..9-6.

What should we expect?

Where are you doing it?

I did it in Douglaston and was pleasantly surprised. It was supposed to be 9-5 but we got out an hour early and the first day was shortened too.

All we really did was talk about relationship issues such as sex, fights, IL's, children, getting through hard times, eachothers pet peeves. We also took quizzes on our own to see how well we know eachother and that sort of stuff. There was also an hour lunch break and they provided the food and a couple of 15 min breaks, so wasnt that bad

We're doing it in Merrick, since its likely that we will move there or close by after we're married. Its 7-10 tomorrow and 9-6 Saturday.
I am praying they let us out early!!

I think I'm gonna be cracking up at FH the whole time b/c he is so impatient at times.

ours was in douglaston as well, we did the exact same thing that espo wrote. We had a wonderful experience and it actually made us closer in a spiritual way. We understand eachother better when we argue we think about what was taught and take a step back and think about why we argue. It's really helpful and we are actually planning on doing retreats. Its a trully amazing experience!!!

hmmm not sure lol. Was she short, brunette and also short hair and he was irish I think, balding.

Mirabella-forgot to mention that first night they gave us this piece of paper that said 'the reason i love you' or something like that, and we had to go home that night and write love letters to eachother. But we couldnt show eachother and had to bring it next day. They dont read it or anything.

ahhh ok thanks. I guess Douglaston picks good couples though lol. I ADORED our couple, they were so sweet and cute and made it fun. He was histerical and knew how to make it better for the guys. When one was telling a story, i could see how the other would look at their SO and it was so sweet, you could see the love in their eyes. It was real sweet
