Pre-Cana tonight

FH and I are going to pre-cana tonight after work and then tomorrow all day.

How did everyone else find pre-cana?

Yuck...I have it ALL DAY tomorrow (part one, part two in December) I AM NOT LOOKING FORWARD TO IT.

Im going to my 2nd pre cana class tonight. We had fun last week. ITs not as bad as everyone makes it out to be. But then again we are doing our classes at one of the parish families houses and our group is only 2 other couples.

Hey, yes, we are doing it through the Diocese of Rockville Centre at Our Lady Queen of Martyr's church. It's from 7-10 tonight and then 9-4 tomorrow. Our church didn't have any weekend sessions and we didn't want to have to go for 6-8 weeks once a week.

Is that the one you're going to?

Ours was sooooooooo easy. It was three Thursday nights for 2 hours each. We barely did a thing, just sat and listened.

I hate it mine is 6 weeks the first night wasnt bad it was at the church and it was an hour to listen then the next 4weeks are at someones house for 2hours and they make you answer questions and some are personal and there are 3 other couples there then the last day is at church im in week 4 so Its almost over but I hate how my church does it.

thers actually 4 couples in FHs family that are getting married this year so we all booked Pre Cana together....Hopefully itll be fun! LOL

Haven't had mine yet but it's something you do if you get married in a catholic church... to 'prepare' you for the sacrament of marriage.

FH and I went in May- The Friday nite and Sat one. We enjoyed it.
