Pre Cana tonight -- we're back and still together!

Ahh! what should I expect? All think about is like what happens on tv when all the couples get into fights and i feel like its gonna be like couples counciling.....

Update: So we had our pre cana on Friday night and all day Saturday... honestly, it wasn't as bad as I thought! We ended up finding two couples we already knew along with a fellow LIW bride. The two couples in charge were really nice and made the whole ordeal kinda fun. We dealt with family of origin, finances, sexuality and spirituality. They tried as best they could to get us 10 couples involved so it wasn't just them lecturing. I think it really did help clarify and point out some problems that we each need to work on as well as showed us that we really are on the same page pertaining to issues that we'll need to deal with in the future. Overall I did end up enjoying it and all my anxiety was over nothing

lol its not like that at all...most ppl didnt even talk honestly. First night we only did a mass

2nd day the host couple spoke to us and gave us advice...we did 3 exercises where we each were given questions to answer and see how much we know about eachother, we viewed it ourselves not like it was shared with everyone

Everyone I know that has gone through it says it's fun and they love it...there's nothing to worry about!

It's not like that at all.....We actually had alot of fun and have been realizing that we actually are on the same page....=) There are 4 couples in our group and we go through a series of situations and share our decisions and views on the things to discuss with each other....It's fun!!!

mine was a joke and really a waste of our time. Fh and I didnt get anything out of it, but many girls on here enjoyed it, ours just talked to us about stupid stuff and didnt create too much dialogue between the couples.

FH did get mad one time but not really mad more in funny joking way...they told us on a sheet to write in the left hand corner a place we'd like to visit again, then the right hand corner they said to write our most valuable possession so i wrote e-ring and FH wrote my name afterwards we looked at eachothers papers and he was like W** i put you and you put the ring lol, i was histerical though i said it was bc of what it symbolized and i was thinking of an actual thing instead of thinking of a person lol

Mine sounds like yours too. Last time we went they tell us we are talking about sexuality and they wont be showing the video this time?? WHAT!!?? we were like video?? ***?? are they going to show us porn or khamra sutra or something??
