Pre Cana Weekend

Pre Cana Weekend

Has anyone done Pre Cana over the course of a weekend (not the one where you stay over night, the one where you go all day sat and all day sun)? FH and I have to go soon, and I'm scared! I'm not really scared, I guess I just don't have any idea what to expect, and it's making me nervous. How many people are at each session? For some reason, I was imagining about a hundred people but now I'm thinking it will probably be more like twenty. Do they separate you and FH? Do you have to openly discuss everything with the entire group?
I'd love to hear anything anyone has to say about it. Good and bad so we know what to expect.
TIA!

Re: Pre Cana Weekend

We did the one day (Sat only) but I can share that experience if you'd like. It was probably close to about 30 couples and we did everything one on one - there was no group interaction. Our class was taught by a couple that had been married about 30 years. They didn't preach - just discussed their experiences. FH and I enjoyed it for what it was - the couple made it very interesting.

Re: Pre Cana Weekend

maybe you can change it? Mine was in Queens under the diocese of Brooklyn. One day was enough for FH
