I contacted the hospital I am delivering at in NJ, and spoke with the childbirth education director. They have prenatal yoga!!! Once a week…..just thought I’d share. Anybody interested should contact their hospitals and see if they offer it!

i know!
that is why I never get involved with GTG's (although I can EASILY do the NYC ones). I live right over the GW bridge. Jersey girl!

Jenny --arent you in Ridgefield? or am I completely off on this one? What hospital are you delivering at? My dr is on Grand Ave in Englewood(no where near my house but kept her cause I really like her) so when time comes I will be at Englewood Hospital--
