I am pretty well read on this stuff and have never heard of this.
My midwife told me that Red Clover tea (at health food stores) is great when TTC.

It's a sperm friendly lubricant to help the sperm reach their destination. I've been hearing about it on a couple of other pregnancy/TTC chat boards.
