Which ones do I need to make? I know I need to meet with the florist being that we changed the wedding to FH's church and need to change some of the floral arrangments, but what else? Is it necessary to meet with them all in person or should I call them??
Right now we only have appointments for: 1- reception hall to pick menu 2- Deacon for precana

we're not getting married in a catholic church so we don't have to meet for pre-cana but i have a final appointment to meet with our pastor to go over readings and songs. i have a final appointment with the RH, the dj (to give my song lists), the florist to see a sample centerpiece and just double check everything in person. then obviosuly there's hair and makeup trials and dress fittings. i'm not doing an appt with the limo company - just a phone call. i haven't made a final appt with the photographer yet, but i want to - to give him a 'must take' photo list and copies of pictures i'd like duplicated.
