Hey guys! i was just wondering on when to get my pampering done. My sister is planning on getting me a whole package from a spa. The question I have is, do i need to get it done like the day before the wedding?? or pretty much anytime i want? bc some packages offer manis/pedis. I dont need to use those for wedding do i?

Re: pre wedding bridal treatment
If it includes a facial don't do it anywhere's close to the wedding (do it about a month or 2 weeks before) because facials can make you break out... see if you can break it up at all. Thats really sweet of your sister to do for you though

Re: pre wedding bridal treatment
I wouldn't do a facial anytime in the few weeks before the wedding, but my mom bought for me and my two bridesmaids a spa afternoon that included mani, pedi, and full-body massage, and we did them the afternoon before the wedding, and it was GREAT. I really recommend doing that - I was so keyed up, and it was just what I needed to feel pampered and special and relax a little.
And yes, most people do a mani/pedi the day before the wedding. Especially keep in mind that there are going to be a lot of pictures taken of your hands, both during the ceremony and after, with your rings on (those are some of my favorite pics from the wedding, don't skip them. They're so beautiful and symbolic), so you probably want at least a manicure so your hands look nice in the pictures.

ok as for a facial or anything of that sort I would go at least a month before but not within 4 weeks before-just in case. Mani/pedi/massage you can do anytime you want. I would do mani/pedi definitely the day before so your toes and fingers are in good shape for the wedding.

like the others said---facials shouldn't be done close to the wedding---everything else is okay.
i think a massage the week of the wedding with mani & pedi could be nice

I would get stuff done at least a week before just incase something like a facial leaves your face red.

If it was up to me I would go after. For my friends wedding we all went for massages two days before and sje didnt enjoy it b/c she kept thinking of other things she should be doing. Of course I loved it!

Have you gotten them before from the same person - same type of facial? If so then I wouldnt worry, its more if you have never had it done before-maybe try and change it to at least a week before if you are worried and have gotten it before
