pre wedding insomnia got me thinking....
i was up from about 2am - 5am this morning...not sure how i even made it into work. anyway my mind was running wild and i came up with 2 questions....
#1 - do the ushers get boutineers or only the groomsmen?
#2 - when you are tipping; are you making up one envelope per vendor and having them split it amongst their staff or make out envelopes for each person (for example, i have the owner of the photography company, plus another photographer plus an assistant - do i make up three envelopes or just one and have him divide it)?
