PreCana in NYC

Anyone know of a precana class in the city that isnt 6 weeks long?

You can do your pre-cana anywhere and so long as you have your certificate to present to your church, you're all good. Once I found that out, it made my life MUCH easier.

My church that we got married in is in the NY Archdiocese and we took our 2-day class with the Brooklyn Archdiocese - our classes were in a Queens church.

We had to go one Friday evening for about 2 or 3 hours and then the next day (Saturday) from 9am to 5pm (although we were done a bit after 2pm). Worked out really well for us. Good luck!

I did this too. We went to the Douglaston Immaculate Conception Center..it was fun!

i did the same thing...did it at douglaston and did the same 2 day class.

It was great bc you go to the site and you just check on your own which classes are available, they had a few locations in queens and some in bklyn and we just picked the one that worked best for us.
