Someone tell me PreCana isn't that bad??!!?!?! I'm so nervous for some reason, we're going up to Armonk and doing a PreCana retreat this weekend. It figures we're supposed to get 8 inches of snow tonight in that area!!!!
HAHA For some reason I feel like after this weekend we'll be so much closer to being husb/wife...at least spiritually. I texted FH that I cant wait and he texted me back 'I luv u wifey'....it just made me start bawling, i'm such a sap. He's never said that to me before <3
Someone smack me ~ i'm a nervous wreck right now. LOL.
UPDATE: So I called this morning to confirm and the lady told me that it was still a go for this weekend and they had 7 couples confirmed! Fast forward to 3:00, we're just about to leave for the hotel, and they CANCEL!!!! I'm so PEEE-O'D!!!!!!! We were so looking forward to it and put aside the whole weekend, booked a hotel,
So instead, to cheer me up, since we were already packed FH drove me out to my mom's so we could spend the weekend in Long Island. Thanks for all your support girls, ur all too sweet!

awww.....we are actully in the process of doing precana now. We are doing it one night a week at a host couples house so its different than doing it all in one retreat weekend. But it really is not bad at all....I actually think its kind of fun! There are three other couples besides us. and they host couple has these cards with questions on them and we go around and answer them. Some are serious some are funny, but its really not bad at all!!! You will enjoy it i think Especially since you are looking forward to it! I think it has made us a little closer because it has brought up subjects that we never discussed before. Have fun! Good luck!! And be careful in the snow!

you are too cute- don't be nervous telling by your personality you are going to like the pre-cana class it will be fine! FYI they might cancel it- not to be a downer they cancelled ours the first time in December when we were expecting all that snow (it never snowed that day BTW) but it was too late to advise everyone

pwehh!! Reading your comment made me feel better as well. My FH is going to Iraq in April and wont be home until a month or less before the wedding in Dec. So we needed to get pre cana done. And my church doesnt start it until May. But FH comes home in March for 2 weeks before he leaves. So I have a family friend who does Pre cana and she offered to do a private session with us. But I thought it would be awkward. But knowing that you only have 2 other couples in your session makes me feel less anxious. I was just nervous doing it just us but it isnt much different than 2 more couples. I thought Pre Cana groups were like 10 couples + haha.

Thank You. I know, it's nice to be by my mom''s but we had the whole weekend planned and brought all the wedding stuff wiht us to organize it and book our honeymoon tomorrow in the hotel. You know...open a bottle of wine......and....
UUUGGGGHHHHHH at least they rescheduled it for 2 weeks from now, maybe the weather will be nicer.
