I go to my gyno for anything that refers to 'down there' - so I would say your gyno!

You should go to your GYNO.
Your regular doctor will send you there anyway.

I talked to my regular doc, but she also does my pap. (sorry if tmi!) My regular doc knows more about my thyroid stuff, which can affect pregnancy.
