Pregnancy and Fitness

Can anyone recommend fitness videos for pregnancy? I'm really out of shape right now, and haven't had a regular excercise routine in months. I'm looking for moderate workouts. I would prefer to walk, but it's too cold outside!!

What about a Pregnancy Yoga video? It's great to stretch a little during pregnancy - it helps your body relax. Unfortunately, I can't recommend a specific one b/c I never used the tape hubby bought me during my pregnancy - it STILL has the shrink wrap on it!! LOL!!!

Nina, the local libraries have several pregnancy yoga, and pregnancy exercise VHS tapes..

I used a pregnancy video called Denise Austin Pregnancy Plus workout. It was only $10 at Traget. It also has a 20 minute after baby shape up. The prenatal yoga with Shiva Rea video is great because it has three women who are each in a different trimester. You follow the one doing the modified exercise that is right for you. I found both to be helpful and include Kegel exercises as part of the routines. This helped to me to make them part of my daily routine without thinking about them. I won the tape on eBay. Try searching for prenatal bargains there.
