Pregnancy Anxiety? Anyone Else

OMG I sometimes feel like I am going to lose my mind.
I thought I was doing 'better'. I have definitely had my ups and downs with anxiety during the pregnancy but I hit the 20 week mark, my appointment went well and I had accepted waiting until 22 weeks for my ultrasound (don't ask ).
Anyway yesterday I felt like I was having trouble catching my breath but tried not to think too much of it but i still didn't feel right today. I got ready and went into work and didn't feel well. Call the OB office and they said to go to my regular doc or the ER. Well my family doc told me to come in right away. As I suspected nothing was wrong. He thinks I am having anxiety. I know worrying about my ultrasound has been an issue but I haven't been dwelling on it or so I thought. They asked if I wanted medication for anxiety and I said no I will find a way to work through it.
I get to be off work a couple of days because my BP was a little high but nothing alarming and I'm dehyrdated so I need to focus on relaxing and rehydrating.
Sometimes I just feel like a moron for being so worried and I really try not to but I guess it gets the best of me sometimes. Does/did anyone else go through this?

I think we all go through this - we have little lives growing inside us!! and all we want to know is that they are healthy. So I'm with you, I am a worrier and I will worry right along with you. Why did they put off your sono for 2 weeks? That would annoy me too.

As you know from my previous posts today, I too have serious anxiety and worry constantly about the health of the baby. I went it today and everything is fine - the nurse reminded me that 98% of babies are born perfectly healthy - that made me feel a little better. You just have to take it one day at a time and call the doctor when you are concerned. I'm sure everything is fine though!! I think the way we are feeling is VERY normal!!

I think we all go through this - we have little lives growing inside us!! and all we want to know is that they are healthy. So I'm with you, I am a worrier and I will worry right along with you. Why did they put off your sono for 2 weeks? That would annoy me too.

Their reasoning for waiting until 22 weeks is that I am 'plus' size and want to make sure the doctor can measure and see everything. I know plenty of plus size women who get them at 20 weeks but at the time it didn't bother me so I didn't press the issue but now the extra weeks seem like an eternity.

My family doc scheduled me one for Wed at a hospital but I have decided to wait and go to the one at my doctor's office. At least there I know its 3D and I know he's trained to do all the necessary stuff. I worry if I go somewhere I don't know I will be second guessing myself the rest of the pregnancy.

My midwife is having me come in later this afternoon to hear the heartbeat so that hopefully will hold me over the next 8 days.

I am 'plus' size and had probably 3 sonos before 20 weeks!

I'm going through a lot of anxiety right now. After hearing how common it is to have a stillbirth when you have cholestasis, I've been nothing but worried. I can't help it

I just want to give you some hugs . I'm sorry you've been feeling this way lately...and I do know how you feel.

I think I freaked out at least 2 times during this pregnancy...it was mostly because of the fear of pain and the unknown. I really started breathing heavy and crying hysterically. Since then I've tried to calm myself down and realize that the pain in only temporary. As it gets closer, I'll probably freak out again.
