Pregnancy home remedies

My best friend & her husband are trying to get pregnant & we were going through all the home remedies people recommended- add any you have heard here:

I've only heard of sweet potatoes helping

I'm putting this together for her to make her laugh, because she is really in the dumps, so the funnier the better

Hoenstly I don't know of any...other than just when people relaxed and stopped trying it happened.

Maybe there is a book they can get on pregancy home remedies/?

ok i will try and tell you what my cousin told me with out making this TMI


so she tells me that after you are done having sex you should keep your butt and leggs in the air so nothing can leak or get out,

not sure if it really works but she states thats how she got pregnant all 3 times

My FH heard on the news this morning that eating a 'healthy breakfast' will guarantee a boy...not sure how...but if it's on the news you KNOW it's gotta be true right?

i know i laugh everytime she tells me, i laughed just reading it.

but she swears by it,

many people like alternative remedies to help with pregnancy....
1. chiropractic adjustments to the pelvis
2. massage therapy for stress and also muscles of pelvis
3. acupuncture for stress and fertility

i know girls that have been helped by all 3.....

but the butt n legs in the air thing has been around forever, probably will help too....
