How long after you conceived did you start to notice the symptoms of pregnancy? What symptoms did you notice?

I had my preg test when I was 4 weeks and 1 day prego so I knew then. BUT I started feeling prego when I was about 6 weeks and it was obviously missing AF, VERY Tender sore nipples and cramping like AF was coming but nope.

I had all the same symptoms as Kren, but just wanted to add fatigue - a lot of it to the list

Yea, pregnancy syptoms are very similiar to those of period ones. Its really hard to tell.. best way is to take a test the time you would normally have your period

I was sensitive to smells before I even knew I was pregnant. At 6 weeks the breasts were very sore and I was so tired all the time also morning sickness hit big time at 6 weeks.
