Re: pregnancy symptoms

I wrote mine down this time around and WHEN, so I hope this helps. AF was due 4/27 or 4/28 which were CD29 or CD30.

On Sat April 16 and 17th (CD 18 and 19) I was crampy, noteicable crampy, like AF like cramps in the middle of my abdomen. WAY too early for AF cramps-I became hopeful that they were implantation, but also kind of wrote them off as 'bathroom' cramps (TMI, sorry) so I wouldn't start freaking myself out.

On Tues April 19 (CD21) I statrted feeling quite bloated and had a headache. The bloated feeling lasted a few days and I started calling myself 'a fat cow' because I felt that way. Nothing fit and I looked fat in everything I tried on besides for DH giant sweatshirts!

On Sat the 23 and Sun the 24th (CD 25 and 26) I felt crampy AGAIN. The cramps had subsided mid-week but they came back. REALLY started thinking AF was on her way, but still hopeful.

From April 23 till the 27th I tested every day!!! I got BFN until I tested on April 27th (CD29) that I got my BFP with a CVS store brand HPT.

To Note: On American Idol when Scott sang the song about dancing with my father again-I cried. I was moody between 4/21-4/27. Also, restless sleeping and peeing more frequently although I chalked that up to trying to drink more water.

My last period was 2/27. I think we conceived 3/17. Sore boobs were my first symptom, and it started while I was on vacation about 3/22.

I got my bfp on 3/29, and about a week or two later I got really bad cramps like I had af. I remember because it scared me. But I read it was normal and they went away a few days later.

I can't say I really had any except nausea. I didn't have implantation bleeding, I was in a better mood than when I get AF ( I usually get AF on a wed/thurs and the thurs before until AF I am a B#tch) and my chest was only a little sore which is par for the course with AF symptoms.
I have to say that going off BC my AF symptoms were intensified, so I think it may have masked some of the PG symptoms.
Also I was sick Sunday/monday before AF was due and I thought that my nausea was just an extention of that. BUT...I am still nauseous. Blah.
Sorry I wasn't really helpful, was I?

The week prior to AF, I had the following symptoms: very tired (I was in bed every night by 9pm); AF like cramps days before AF was supposed to arrive; my breasts were killing me but this was not uncommon as they always hurt prior to AF. However, they did start hurting later than usual; very emotional (I don't cry at just anything. But the week prior to AF I ran to the bathroom and started hysterically crying when my boss asked me to work on the weekend ); hungrier than usual and peeing more frequently.
I didn't start getting naseous until my 6th week. Even then, it wasn't blown out morning sickness, just naseau if I didn't eat every couple of hours.

You might want to ask the girls over on Parenting, you'll probably get a huge response over there - plus there are so many symptoms and everyone is different, it would probably be really informative and interesting.

I know I love reading about symptoms...but I just think the response here will be kind of limited since we are all TRYING to get PG...and struggling at that as it is.
