Prenatal vitamins and acne?

My OB/GYN suggested started prenatals 3 months before trying to conceive. I started them a little over a month ago and in the last few weeks my acne has gotten terrible. I never had great sking but, this is worse than when I was in junior high!
I was wondering if it could be caused by the vitamins?
