DH and I will be TTC within the next few months. I am thinking of ways to get my body healthier for the baby. The obvious: my diet is poor and I am a social drinker. I also haven't seen the inside of the gym since my honeymoon. Since the honeymoon I have felt rundown and exhausted and I am worried. Any suggestions? TIA!!

Re: Preparing myself, maybe a foolish question...
Start taking vitamins-prenatal or just any vitamins is good. Try to put yourself on a pregnancy friendly diet eating lots of veggies and fruits and cut out caffeine. Work out a couple of days a week so your body can get strong enough to carry the baby. It will make your pregnancy so much easier.

Re: Preparing myself, maybe a foolish question...
I'm glad you asked the question because I am also totally clueless on what to do to prepare myself. I do know I took myself off the BC and will wait till I have at least 2 or 3 normal cycles before we even start TTC.
