I am leaning toward presenting my bo-k to my mother. Is there a way to do this that will make it a little more ceremonial than just handing it to her? While I think it's more meaningful to me than tossing it, I fear that it will be somewhat anti-climactic. Anyone else presenting a bo-k? Any advice?

We presented my mom with a boo-k and my dad with a garter at our wedding. First DH gave a speech thanking everyone and than thanked my parents for everything and asked them to come up and join us because we had a present for each of them.
