presentation of Bo-k question

I wanted to present my mom with my bo-k, but I wasn;t sure how, do you have the DJ say something or you just hand it to her during the reception? Maybe have dj say something like Instead of teh usual bo-k toss Erica would like to do something special and give her mom her bo-k. something like that maybe,
any other ideas? TIA

I gave my mother my bouquet. My band made some announcement - something to the effect of how much my mother meant to me and how she was so supportive etc.

Then I gave her my bouquet and dedicated a song that my parents love and had them dance to it.

I did this instead of bouquet toss and garter toss.
