Check the newlywed board - someone had thier flowers messed up badly by one company (i forget which)

I've seen tons of wonderful reviews of their Keepsake Floral preservations...then recently Kelly (two posts above) had a horrible experience. It sounds like with any vendor there are good and there are bad.
