Pretty girl vs. fit girl dilema

I have been trying to go to the gym at least 3 to 4 times a week. Iam being fit girl...BUT, I also have taken more interest in putting on make up, fixing my hair up and the like...being a 'pretty girl'

here is the dilema: fit girl does not like for all of the work that pretty girl does to go to 'waste' at the gym. what happens is this: pretty girl wakes up, gets dressed, blows her hair, puts on make up and goes to work.

fit girl changes into her gym clothes in her office, goes to the gym and works it OUT on the stairmaster, treadclimber, machines, then takes a shower and puts her pretty girl clothes on.

at this point, what does a pretty girl do? does the reAPPLY make up and try to make hair pretty so she looks more like pretty girl than fit girl when she goes home to see her husband? or does she go au natural?

how do these two chicks learn to play nice together?

ETS: I work out AFTER work. go straight home from the gym.

I agree with both. I think if you're going to work out at lunch, post shower a coat of nice lip gloss and some blush should be fine. Otherwise, try working out afterwards. You can satisfy both girls that way!

i'm exhausted from reading that...let alone actually doing that?

fit girl for the gym/work

pretty girl only comes out for special occassions

I have been on both sides of these camps - I opt for fit girl pre or post work. Pretty girl in between....

shower.
do not put on make up.

tell pretty girl to be thankful you were 'pretty' earlier in the day.

Fit girl wins.

Compromise, if you're headed out after the gym, let pretty girl rear her pretty little head.

DH probably likes you either way so do what's easier.
