price of high vs. low centerpieces?

Hi!!! Anyone have any idea what the price differences are between high and low centerpieces? Can you please post your cost per centerpiece, whether it's high or low, and what florist you're using if it's a good price??? THANKS!

we're using flowers by brian, we're having low centerpieces, but we're having a lot of different stuff in there so it's running around $150 per centerpiece.

Hi date twin! My low CP's are 70 bucks. I guess, depending upon what type of flowers you use, you can pay $100-a few hundred for high CP's.

Our flowers are done by John from Flower Michel on Jericho Tpke. We are having 12 high centerpieces (orchid with cala lilies) in a clear vase with crystal. The price were $1400 (in cash). He is great! Will work within your budget

I am paying a hundred for the high and fifty for the low...mixing them is an inexpensive way to get the look of both :)

I'm doing low - a glass martini glass with a floating gerber daisy and two glass cubes with floating roses in them. I think they were about $45. I'm using James Cress - just booked on wednesday

Re: price of high vs. low centerpieces?

It really depends upon what type of flowers you're having, how dense they are, and how large your high and/or low cps are. Our high cp's are $125 more than our low cp's. But we're having super full arrangements, and hard to get flowers for the time of year so our arrangements are on the high end per centerpiece. I think it's generally much cheaper if you get earier to come by flowers or large blooms (i.e. lots of hydrangeas and roses).

Also, make sure you go and see a BUNCH of florists. Prices can be literally DOUBLE for the same arrangement from florist - to - florist, so shop around.

Hi everyone, thanks for the great feedback! We got quotes from 3 vendors this weekend and might look at 1 more before deciding, but the people we met with so far seemed pretty reasonable considering all your responses. THANKS!!!

Hey we did high centerpieces and I got a really great price on them $125. I booked at pedistals in Garden city. I only booked with them because I really liked the lady that helped us, I didn't even go any where else. When my sister got married she went to burtons bridal off of route 110 (sorry forgot the town its in) but there prices are amazing. She did low centerpieces with red roses and got them for $50 and they were so pretty. sorry I don't have any pics of them

I dont remember the exact prices but I know I had a $1000 dollar difference on high to low CPs with different florists. FH and I went for low CPs since we are putting more money into the photographer and a photobooth. Flowers just die anyways

I'm using Pedestals and when I was given my estimate price- it was for all high centerpieces.

When I asked the 'what if I did high and low centerpieces' question...it was literally a difference of $300. I don't know what your budget is but I would certainly recommend asking for pricing for all high centerpieces first and then work the price down that way.
