I got mine for the same price and they are very good quality & absolutely gorgeous. That's an excellent price. I don't think you'd need to spend much more than that.

what's a keepsake garter? A replica of the one you toss?

I got a tossing one at david's bridal for $8.

Re: price range for garter

I purchased mine new from another LIW bride. It was the garter and the tossing one for 15 bucks.

Re: price range for garter

I bought mine for about that same price...but then when I picked up my dress from RK Bridal they gave me a free one with my dress. Also when I purchased my veil from Barrons he offered me a free one as well. They weren't as nice as the one I bought (plain) but if you don't really care about it I suggest you wait a little and see if you get one for free.

HTH!!

Yeah, the tossing garters are cheaper than the one you keep. Here's a pic of mine. The top one is the Keepsake Garter. The whole concept is the that the smaller one is taken off and thrown at the reception and the other is supposed to be removed in private on your wedding night (and then saved - sometimes that's the 'something old' people will borrow from a parent or grandmother). So ya either wear both, or just put the keepsake one on later that night
