Do you think the prices will go up much in the next 2 to 2 1/2 years? If so, how much do you think they will go up? I just can't see them getting more expensive than they already are!

I think they will not go up anymore, and if they do, not so drastically as it has over the past 5-6 years.

It depends on what the interest rate does. If the rate goes up... housing prices might level out. If the rate stays low, the prices will probably increase. It's depressing isn't it.
