I am trying to find prices for the following venues in LI for September 08.
Chateau LeMer Westbury Manor Riviera at Massapequa Venetian Yacht Club Thatched Cottage Swan Club Bridgeview yacht club San Souci
Any information provided is greatly appreciated.

North Ritz Club isn't on your list but I'd def recommend it! I'm having a Sat night wedding in Oct so the price point will be the same as in Sept. FM me if you want info!

I would call each place for a quote and make sure they have availability if you are looking for an 08 date. HTH

ITA! I got engaged in Late October of 06. I went looking for halls first thing in November 06 and alot of September and October 07 Saturday nights were already booked. Definitely start calling around to see what's available!

riviera ranges from $70-$90 for May-July; not sure about september. Oh and that's for a day wedding; at night it would be more.

CLM was quoted me $85 but I got him down to $75 for a Friday night and $70 for a Sunday night in September, Saturday was $100 with only a 100 min which was great and if they had the bigger room he was giving it to me for that price as well
Westbury Manor doesn't have the manor room avail until November. For the garden room (which is the smaller one) I was quoted $85 for Friday and $76 for Sunday both evening
These quotes are recent from the past 2 weeks. You def get better prices when you book closer to the date!!

I think Venetian Yacht Club was around $100 a head for a night wedding....same with Thatched. Something aroudn that range.

They are similar in September. You need to call these halls QUICK because I booked mine in September and they only had a few datses left.

I know the Riviera has openings in September. Friday nights and saturday and sunday during the day are much cheaper.

I'm getting married at the Bourne Mansion - but Ive been to the Riviera for a wedding and it was AWESOME. I loved the outside deck for the cocktail hour and the just the overall atmosphere was beautiful. The coctail hour was AMAZING - so much food and all delicious. I would highly recommend it.

i think i got quoted 130 pp for a sat night in the high months, which would include sept. for the VYC. you can call places to get a better idea. good luck!

That sounds about right -- Here are some quotes for sunday in July -- VYC -- $115 Swan Club -- $70 or $90 for upgraded package Lands End -- $125 Riviera -- $74 Crecent Beach Club -- $140 CLM -- don't remember exactly, but below $100

I got engaged in November 07 and went looking for a RH in early January 08. At that point, many of the dates were already booked. I do know that the Swan Club did have several September dates open but that was a month ago.
Keep in mind that you can probably negotiate a good deal since September is six months away and the venues want to sell out as many open 08 dates as possible.

I was looking around in August of '06 and when I went to look at Sept/Oct of '07 dates the big RH's were already booked for the date we wanted but we ended up going with a package that was simple for us and we also didn't want to wait another year. I would call ASAP to see what you can get since you only have 7 months left.

Hi! I went to quite a few of those places here is the info I have: Last year the prices were as followed -for 250 ppl min. on a Saturday night in September. All per head w/o tax & grat:
Yeah believe it or not a lot of those places may not have that date available. We booked Westbury Manor in March 2007 and we wanted June 2008 and they didnt have anything. We ended up moving it to August and on a sunday.

When I went to Bridgeview in Sep 07, they had no dates left in September....but maybe by now they do. You never know. Also, they'll be looking to give it away at a decent price now too. I'd call them.
