My sister just got engaged and she is looking into the swan club for a june or july 2010 wedding. did anyone get any pricing? for saturday evening about 150-175 ppl, viennese hr, and all that.

i got pricing for a friday evening for june it was 75pp with the silver package and 95pp for the platinum package.

Saturday night will be 90-100 for the regular package. Since she has more people, it might be less because she will need the larger room.
Depending on which bride you talk to you will get different amounts. It is something I am dealing with right now.
I don't remember how much more the platinum package is per person. But it includes a cold fish boat at the CH, ice sculpture, vienesse hour, and a few other things.

Yes. And she will also have to tip the bridal attendant and maitre'd the day of.
Make sure they don't put the maitre'd fee on the contract. They tried to pull that with me, at a rate of $4/pp - which would have had tax and service charge added to it. I told them to take it off and I would pay my attendants accordingly on the day of the event.

I think $98 for a saturday evening in july. It's an extra $7 per person I believe for the VH. Plus tax and grat. Platium package which includes VH, seafood boat and a few other things is $20 extra per person.

I booked with the Swan Club on a Sunday in June. It was priced at $70 pp.
If you don't want to do the Platinum menu which is $20 extra pp. You can add the Viennese hour for just $7 pp.
