Re: priest??????
I have heard that some catholic priests will marry you outside the church, but your marriage is not not recognized by the church. Maybe you should ask the priests at FH's church.

Try asking your BM where you're having your reception. They can probably rec. somebody

Re: priest??????
most halls can reccomend someone to marry you. maybe you can get married in either your church or your fh and have both priests there.

Re: priest??????
As far as I know if both parties are catholic then you have to get married in church, if one is not catholic, then you cna get married outside the church with special dispensation.
Officiants: Your hall will probably have a list of officiants they cna recommend. Also, look online, there's website called interfaith clergy network or something, and they advertise in bridla books. there's also catholicanswer.com. If you have a home church that's your best bet for a place to start. Also, April from church of the ancient ways really seems to be a wonderful person, and she's been really helpful to me on these boards on everything from cinderella to flowers, so I'd consider giving her a call because she seems really great!
Places: You may be able to get married in a church if you want to. if not there are some other options. There's hostroical chapel 9the site of the WOTY!) and there's an interfaith chapel at CW post!
