Does anybody if the church has a price or is it just a donation, and do you necessarily have to invite the priest to the wedding?

Each church has their own 'donation' amount. They call it a donation but it is an actual price and it is all up to you if you want to invite your priest but out of respect you should.

the church has a price called a 'donation'...to use the church, another donation for the organist, and another for the singer(mine totals like $550)
... and you are suppose to tip the 2 alter boys, and its nice to tip the priest
ETA: our church in the folder it gave us said the donation for the church is to cover heating/ac/electrical bills

My donation is $400 and that includes the use of the church, organist and soloist.

Our contract with the church doesn't say 'donation' it flat out says 'FEE' and it's $350 and then $100 for the Organist and from what I hear you're also supposed to TIP the priest and alterboys if you have them......
