Re: Priests who will marry interfaith
Catholic priests have no problem marrying an interfaith couple. But the whole outside thing, I am not sure if you can do. I am not catholic, but FI is. We are getting married in church but I remember him asking at our RH about this because at first he wanted to get married there.

Re: Priests who will marry interfaith
Priests will marry interfaith. There is some extra paperwork to get approval from the bishop, but it's not a big deal.
To get married outside, one of you has to be un-baptised. (If you're Jewish and your FI is Catholic, outside shouldn't be a problem. If however, you are Lutheran or Epicopalian, etc. and your FI is Catholic, you will need to be married inside the four walls of a church.)
If your FI is practicing, he should call his parish and set up an appointment for you two to meet with a priest or deacon there. THey can explain it all to you.
If you wind up not being able to be married outside by a priest, you can consider getting someone else to marry you. Your FI can then petition to have the marriage recognized in the Catholic church after the fact. (Just some more paperwork)

I would be careful in making this kind of blanket statement. The RC church has every right not to con-validate a marriage. If you don't do it right the first time and don't have a good reason (pending death of family member, military call of duty, etc, etc) then you may very well be denied. Just because you 'want' to get married on a beach or in a garden is not a valid reason for ignoring the importance of the sacrament.

Rabbi Renee Feller works with priests that will marry you at your Reception hall. Don't have her number off the top of my head but you can look her up. She is in Manhattan.

The bishops also have every right to disallow a marriage between a catholic and a non-Catholic... but it's very rare (about as rare as con-validations beind denied). I'm not saying she should ignore it - just stating that if they can't find a priest, there are things that can be done later.
If your FH lives locally, he really should join a local parish and contact their rectory. If he does not live locally and would like a local priest, I'd contact the diocese of RVC or one of the local parishes. The people at St. Thomas the Apostle in West Hempstead are very nice. I highly recommend speaking with Deacon Anthony there. You two will have to conform with all of the other obligations to get married in the chuch, including pre cana and signing an agreement to raise your children catholic. HTH

Additionally, one party is Jewish - i.e., unbaptized. That is one of the exceptions to the 4-walls rule requiring Catholic marriages to take place within the 4 walls of the church.

Again-I would be careful in making statements like this. My comment was not directed at the OP, but for couples who are both Catholic or 1 is Catholic and they believe they can 'get around' the rules by doing this. A con-validation is not a given.
