Primo Limo

For those of you who have used them... or are going to use them, what is your review?
I saw one horrible post which freaked me out!
I want to use them for shuttle serive from my hall to reception and vice versa.
HELP!!

hmm...i am using them for my wedding limos. i hadn't heard any bad reviews - and in fact, i had seen positive ones. now im confused!!! and a tad concerned...anyone??? reviews???

Yeah, I didnt see many reviews at all...good or bad.... But I did see the one review that completely trashed PRIMO. I will post the link:

They were great. I used them for my wedding 3 months ago. I was so happy with them. I had the Chrysler and 39 caddy and they were great. The drivers were nice, the cars were clean and they were on time. I give them an A++++++++.

I'm using them. I figure, you hear at least one bad review about all vendors. You just hope the nightmare story doesn't happen to you ..haha

We had a bad experience when we went to look at them ...they told us they had a rolls, we went out there - ONE HOUR from us -and when we got there, no rolls. The caddy they showed us had a broken window. One guy told us the rolls was at the owner's mom's house in Queens, the owner told us they could take us to see the rolls which we agreed to because after the broken window in the caddy, we wanted to see the rolls before we booked. Well, they took us 15-20 minutes away to ANOTHER LIMO COMPANY's place and showed us their rolls... yeah they outsource for their cars which apparently some companies do, but why lie about it? There were other things and we just didn't feel comfortable booking at all.

We booked with Double Diamond Limos and they did a fantastic job for a great price.
