Did anyone use or is anyone planning on using Princess Bridal in Farmingdale for bridal or bridesmaid dresses? I stopped in today and fell in love with 2 different bridesmaid dresses and wanted to get some feedback first on the place before proceeding with them. Thanks!!

Re: Princess Bridal- Farmingdale
I went there to look at dresses. They did not ask me my price range, just started pulling dresses off the rack. They tried to talk me into a custom gown which was out of my price range as well. Needless to say, I probably wont be buying my dress there. But their selection was big and a Paloma I had my eye on was reasonably priced.
I think all places you are going to have good reviews and bad reviews.

Re: Princess Bridal- Farmingdale
I went there to try on dresses, and there was another bride and her mother like having an all out fight with the people who worked there. The people working there were extremely disrespectful to these ladies, and I was standing there (in a big poofy gown) looking at my mom like...***?!?!
Needless to say, I took off that gown and walked out. Nobody should be treated that way...especially a stressed out bride!!!

Re: Princess Bridal- Farmingdale
i (unfortunately) bought my dress from there ... i wasn't as smart as you and didn't research the place.
it's HORRIBLE there!!!!
they'll be nice to you when the owner is in the store ... but if she's not there, they are extremely nasty people. i've gotten many very very rude remarks from them.

That was by far the worst place I looked, I really didn't like it there.

I would recommend you look for other brides who posted about that place. There are a lot of no so good reviews about them.

Re: Princess Bridal- Farmingdale
I ordered my bridesmaid dresses in the beginning of February. My wedding is in two weeks and I still haven't received them. The people that work here are VERY RUDE and keep giving me the run around. I would NOT recommend this place at all. They said they HOPE my dresses will be here a week before the wedding. I have never delt with such an unprofessional place. Save yourself the stress and aggrevation and go elsewhere.
