Princess Bridal in Farmingdale

Any feedback? I found 2 dresses that I love and the manufacturers websites both have this salon listed. I would love to hear your experiences. Thanks.

My cousin got her gown there and we got our bridesmaid dresses there. None of us had any complaints. It was 8 years ago, so things couldve changed, but we had a good experience.

I got a bridesmaid dress there. They ordered me my size instead of ordering it like 5 sizes too big. I had no complaints.

My dress was there also but I ended up not going there because every time I called - the phone rang like 15 times and no one would ever answer, no machine, nothing! (this was during regular business hours). When I finally did get through to someone (after trying for about 4 days) - they needed to call me back about something and took my name and number - they never did. i decided that I did not want to get my wedding dress from a place that I had a hard time getting in contact with!Just mt ecperience with them!

I had the most horrible experience there!!! I was shocked to find that they hardly knew anything about bridal gowns. I asked them that I was looking for Tafetta Silk. They were clueless as to what Tafetta Silk looked like. I was so pissed! Maybe the girl was new. But, I would never recommend anyone there! Plus, I actually saw a dress in a magazine that mentioned they had the dress at the store. NO, they never had it. Sorry, just my experience there. And oh yeah, my other girlfriend had a bad experience there but she ended up buying a dress there b/c no one else had hers. Good Luck!

Before I went there, I heard from several people that the owner can be very rude while you're there and downright nasty if you don't decide on a dress your first time there. I had a very nice lady help me, but that owner was always lurking in the background telling me not to touch things. I wasn't allowed to touch the dresses? I found another dress I liked in a magazine and I called to see if they had it and they sounded annoyed on the phone and said they'd call back. They never did. I called twice more and no help. Try Paradise Bridal in Patchogue or Adriennes in Islip--both have very large selections and were great experiences.

When I went the were very mean and nasty. They rushed me to try on a few and then hinted I wanted to see too many dresses.

spare yourself the aggravation. my friend got married june 02' and we got our dresses there. they are sooo nasty and not helpful. when we went to get our dresses, my friend wanted to 'visit' the sample of her dress, the woman was so rude, like we asked her for a organ donation...like it was such a big deal.
the BM dresses all had different tops. they mixed mine up with another girls, thank God it was the same size. just not a pleasant experience. plus the parking is a nightmare and the store is so small. the room to get alterations in is about 5x5 inches. sorry to sound so negative, but the experience was so horrible. sounds like i am not the only one.
