so I had gone to priness bridal in farmingdale a few months ago, and fell in love with a gown that I was told was 'custom designer gown' from the owner of the company.
weeeeelllll I go to RK Bridal on tuesday and low an behold there is my 'custom made' justin alexander gown.... for half the price too
BEYOND furious because 1) if they are lying about that, what else would they lie about?? 2) to jack the price up by that much
So i called them and they totally played stupid about it.. she goes it might be similar but i have no idea...

haha similar experience except I didn't LOVE the dress. I really liked a dress and it was so similar to a Justin Alexander dress I had seen, his styles are all similar to eachother in general. So I said oh that's Justin Alexander right? and was told 'no that's our custom collection'. I saw the same dress in another salon and online by JA so obviously thats BS. They also were so hungry for a sale they kept telling me to find the lowest price on a dress and call them and they'll do better. I wasn't happy with my experience there at all

no i got it from RK bridal (totally different dress)
but its just so disgusting that they think we are idiots and niave... I mean talk about taking advantage JUST because its a wedding...
your company must blow if you have to LIE to get business

Okay my friend when there with her friend that is getting married and she want to find her dress the jerk there told the bride that she is TOO FAT and she is skinny and that really got her upset ...but why the hell would you say that ...that place is sucks and the the worst place on the island to go...

Same thing happend to me . . They said it was a design exclusive to the store and the manager (guy) designed it I even raved to him on how pretty it was . . I saw the same dress online!!!!!! They are awful there!

I've been there for a bridesmaids dress. They were very nasty to us Once the bride ordered her dress they were rude to her too! They told her not to bring her 'entourage' back. Also, they rushed her out of fitting room because they 'have a bride waiting'. She got so upset bc she's a bride too! No happy with them at all

They are the shadiest. They were the first shop I went to so I was totally naive to the process and they tried to sell me the sample dress at full price. I would never ever ever go back there, ever.

After reading all of these horrible reviews, I don't understand how they're still in business!
