Princess Bridals

I have an appointment with them later this week and I was wondering if anyone has ever dealt with them before. I have an idea of what type of dress I am looking for, I just want the sales associates etc, to be nice and helpful as well. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Happy Planning...

Princess Bridals

I bought my dress at Princess Bridals. My first impression of them was not great, but the sales girl was very helpful. I never had any problems with them at all, and my dress, alterations, etc... came out perfect with no hassles but they are not the happiest people I have ever dealt with. In my experience, most bridal store employees are not very friendly. I went to several places and they all have similar attitudes.

Princess Bridals- went there too and Kristi ....

is 100% right. The owner is a miserable woman, but If you have pictures of what your looking for, they are definately very knowledgeable. I'll give them that much, But I must agree with Kristi on the attitudes of most of the salespeople at all the bridal stores. I'm not saying all, but most. You'd think that working in a bridal store with beautiful gowns, and people are going to the store and they are HAPPY because they are getting MARRIED and WEDDINGS are a HAPPY OCCASION, But the staff always has an attitude
