princesd bridals is a great salon. chuck & glo have been such a pleasure. I have nothing but nice things to say!! lena is also great at alterations.

i'm happy you had a good experience with them ... you were lucky because from the sounds of it, only one out of 5 people is happy with them.
i loved them on the day i ordered my dress and hated them since that (they were extremely rude to me and said very offensive things). The alterations lady was really nice, but the alterations room was filthy (dirty, dingy carpet, pins all over the carpet, etc).
