i actually had a great experience with princess bridals. I did not find them rude at all. I got my wedding dress & bridesmaid dresses there :)

Dear Vendor,

Rather than trying to create the illusion of good service, perhaps you'd like to actually provide some so that the reviews of your sotre aren't as horrendous as they are. Digging up an 8 year old thread??? LOL

the fact is that about half of the people who go there have good experiences ... the other half are horrified.

some of you may have been lucky ... others will not be.

i was one who was totally frustrated by this place and was told insanely rude things by them.

plus, i never got the satisfaction of getting 'the call' when my dress came in - in fact, i had to stalk them and call every day for 3 weeks before finally finding out it was there (over a month late, might i add)

Thats the thing, everyone has good experiences and some have bad experiences at bridal shops. I had gone to Iman bridals in Glen Cove area and had a horrible experience but on the contrary some people loved that place.

My wedding dress was ordered in November and came in during the first week of February for my July wedding. My bridesmaid dresses were ordered in January & they came in April.

I hate to bad mouth anyone, but beware of this place! Sorry this post is so long, but this place was so bizarre to me!! ! I called to make an appointment, gave them the name of 4 Maggie dress styles, was informed they had the styles in the store and confirmed appt the following day. I arrived, they did not have me in the book. Carmella was my consultant, who made ME pull dresses off the rack and take them out of the bag...ODD. Then, I try on dresses she insists I try on (which were the opposite of what I was looking for) and she was unable to clip the size 12 dress WHATSOEVER. They had these tiny little clips that look like what youd see on a pant hanger.. Im a size 2 and cannot try on a size 12 and envision what it looks like unless YOU CLIP IT!!!So then shes telling me has arthritis and tells me to pinch back the dress MYSELF!!! I ask her If I can see the 4 dresses I inquired about- she tells me they dont have them and someone lied to me.............After 20 mins of looking through the rack MYSELF i find the Maggie Sottero dresses.
No customer should be treated this way. find another place ladies!!!
